Critical transportation infrastructures and those who are charged with managing & maintaining them, are required to submit their respective emergency management and response policies, procedures, communication, coordination, and evacuation plans to the appropriate governing entities. This is done so the respective governments can write these plans into their public safety and emergency measures plans.
What happens to the business owners and the general public who are located near these infrastructures when an incident occurs; and they need to know what to do to protect their assets, reduce risk & liability (due diligence defense), as well as keep their families and themselves safe?
We have been exposed to many of the unique, high-risk, and exclusive aspects of the railway transportation and commuter infrastructure (remote and intra-city corridors), and to the equally high-risk challenges of the construction industry. We understand and respect the challenges concerning appropriate responses to incidents or events.
We have solutions and strategies that can assist you. With extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of due diligence defense, risk management, and incident response & investigations, we have developed an incident/emergency response program to assist in the communication/notification, response, investigation, and recovery/continuity/resilience process that works. When you are made aware of an incident, it's not the time to plan, be well informed, be prepared and execute a reliable plan. The program/framework can assist you and your business in building appropriate and reliable plans using the above-noted elements to guide you towards safety and success.
We understand that managing an event/incident requires a team commitment, individual skills and abilities, and professionalism. Because of this, our commitment to our professional education & training is important to everyone’s success. It is what makes us unique, and who we are. We have the experience and knowledge to help you build a reliable framework to navigate the landscape of an unplanned or planned incident/event.
See it through a different lens. Plan, Prepare, Respond, Recover, and Navigate the unique landscape with confidence. We are happy to show you what seeing the incident response world looks like through IRIS.
