An informative and insightful 4 hour online instructor-led training course developed to bring trauma awareness, incident response, investigations, and interviewing into one program. This program is instructed with a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 5 participants per class so learners can more appropriately interact with the instructor and participate in discussions (If we happen to overbook, we will place participants in first come first serve order and notify registrants).
Once the participant is enrolled in the program, and once they have started the program, they agree to a no-refund policy (we require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellation). The participants can cancel up to 72 hours before the course date and received a 30% refund. Any cancellations or refund within 72 hours of the course date must be discussed with us. We also encourage any participants who require accommodations to inform us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
We will NOT tolerate violence, harassment, discrimination, and intimidating behavior. ANY participant or instructor reasonably found after due process to be acting or performing in this manner will be immediately removed from the program, and will be ineligible to participate in the program in the future.

Trauma is a normal response to an abnormal event. Knowing how we experience and process perceived traumatic events is key to appropriately navigating the response.
